Saffron-Balsamic Seasoning
Saffron Balsamic Seasoning (light) with saffron threads is a natural product and has a thick, velvety consistency. It is produced in Italy from white wine vinegar and grape must concentrate and thickened at low temperature, thus retaining its light color. The acidity is 5% and it is particularly mild, spicy and aromatic.
Due to the addition of high quality saffron threads, our light saffron balsamico is particularly distinguished by its golden color. The slightly tart-sweet aroma of saffron in combination with the fruity, slightly acidic note of the light balsamic seasoning is ideally suited to round off many dishes with fine acidity.
Just a few drops of the saffron balsamic seasoning are enough for an incredible fullness of flavor, bringing together noble oriental aroma with Italian flair.
Usage:
Our saffron balsamic seasoning is particularly suitable for refining dressings and seasoning sauces. It also harmonizes excellently with fish dishes, white meat, roasted or steamed vegetables. Raw vegetables, potato or pasta salads, pasta dishes, stews and soups can be quickly and easily transformed into a gourmet experience with the saffron balsamic vinegar.
Storage: cool, dry and protected from light.
